1. Purpose

Brocklesby builds practical automation systems. Those systems should be used responsibly, legally and with appropriate human oversight.

2. Website forms

You must not use the website forms to submit spam, malware, abusive content, unlawful material, misleading information or content you do not have permission to share.

3. Prohibited automation use

Brocklesby services must not be used to:

• Send spam or unlawful marketing messages
• Mislead customers or impersonate people without permission
• Bypass platform rules or security controls
• Make regulated legal, medical or financial decisions without specialist review
• Process sensitive data unnecessarily
• Harass, discriminate against or unfairly target individuals
• Automate fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activity

4. Human oversight

Clients are responsible for deciding where human review is needed. AI systems can make mistakes and should not be treated as a substitute for professional judgement in sensitive situations.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, follow applicable laws, review outputs where needed and maintain appropriate access controls for their own systems.

6. Service suspension

Brocklesby may pause or refuse work if a requested automation appears unsafe, unlawful, misleading, high-risk or outside the intended use of the service.
